Interactive Maps - Placing your Destination on the Map

Solimar's Flash development team creates interactive maps that provide website visitors the opportunity to virtually tour a destination.   The interactive map becomes the digital platform to orient visitors on a destinations major attractions and tourism businesses.   Through the placement of clickable hotspots on the map; text, photos, website links, video clips, and virtual tours can be used to showcase the various experiences a destination offers to visitors.

Content can be placed in layers allowing the user to turn on and off the hotspots on the map.   The viewer is also able to navigate around the destination and zoom in and out of places of interest.  

Solimar has also recently teamed up with a GIS specialist with a background in archaeology, history, conservation, and information technology to provide complete geo-spatial solutions to our clients.
